Sunny Morning
Where should I plant my rosebush? In morning sun or full sun?
Ok, I came in the house just to ask you 'experts' on where I should plant my rosebushes? I thought to plant them on the side of the house. It's only sunny there in the morning but shady there in the late afternoon. Is this acceptable? Any other tips I should know send them along. I know very little about rosebushes. Thanks
I bought 3: a pink, white & yellow.
Rose bushes generally need a minimum of 6 hrs. of sunlight a day. Any plant or bush that flowers generally needs 6-8 hrs. of sunlight to produce blossoms. In the early weeks after planting make sure to water plenty and fertilize on a regular basis. It wouldn't hurt to look up some techniques online about planting your rose bushes and even tips about how to prune them after their season.
