What is your favourite slow cooker recipe?
I have been cooking in a slow cooker(Crock Pot) for years, I am looking for something new to cook, getting kinda bored with the usuals. I would appreciate any help. No links please.
I have a crock pot dessert that is out of this world!!!
HOT FRUIT SALAD
2 cans of fruit cocktail drained
1 can of Mandarin oranges drained
1 can of cherry pie filling
1 large can of peaches drained
1 large can of pears drained
1 large jar of chunky apple sauce (any flavor any brand)
1 can of apricots drained
1 small pat of butter
Cinnamon as much or as little as you like
brown sugar as much or as little as you like
cook on low 6-8 hours
it will make your house smell awesome and is Delicious.
you can change anything in the recipe to your likings
it is awesome over coffee cake or cinnamon crumb cake
