How to make meat balls in my Slow Cooker (Crock Pot)?

Please explain,step by step,on doing this and all the items i'll need,thanks to all i appreciate it.

Green Chile-Rice Meatballs
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning or 1/8 teaspoon
each basil, marjoram, oregano and thyme
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 pound extra lean ground beef
8 ounces ground veal or turkey
1/2 cup long grain white rice
1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
1/2 cup tomato juice
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 (4 ounce) can green chiles, diced

In a large bowl, beat eggs with salt, herb seasoning and pepper. Add garlic, onion, beef, veal, rice and crumbs; mix well. Shape mixture into 1 1/2 inch balls. Place meatballs in a 5 quart or larger crockpot.

In same bowl, mix tomato sauce, tomato juice, chili powder and chiles; pour over meatballs. Cover and cook on LOW until meatballs are no longer pink in center and rice is tender; cut a meatball to test (5 1/2 to 6 hours).

Gently lift meatballs to a warm serving dish and keep warm.

Skim and discard fat from sauce, if necessary; stir, then spoon over meatballs.

Yields 6 servings.

SWEDISH MEATBALLS IN CROCKPOT

2 lb. hamburger
2 eggs
1 sm. diced onion
Bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Milk
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt, pepper, garlic
1/4 c. ketchup
1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Mix all ingredients. Form small meatballs. Bake on 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes. I use a rack on a cookie sheet. Drain off grease.
Put meat balls into crock pot. Add 2 cans cream of mushroom soup thinned with one can milk. Heat thoroughly. Serve over rice or noodles.

Festive Meatballs

Ingredients:
1 1/2 pound lean ground beef
1 can deviled ham
2 eggs beaten slightly
1 tablespoon grated onion
2 cups soft bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon catsup
1 teaspoon dillweed
1 cup dairy sour cream
Directions:
Combine beef and ham, with milk and eggs, onion, bread crumbs, salt, allspice and pepper. Shape into meatballs about 2" in diameter. Carefully arrange meatballs in crockpot. Cover and cook on low 2-1/2 to 3-1/2 hours. Turn control to high.

Stir in flour that has been dissolved in 1/4 C water. Add catsup and dillweed. Cook on high for 15 to 20 minutes or until slightly thickened. Turn heat off, stir in sour cream.

THREE CHEESE ITALIAN MEATBALLS

2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. minced onion
4 oz. mozzarella cheese
4 oz. Swiss cheese
4 saltine crackers (8 little ones)
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 jar Ragu Sauce (32 oz.)
4 oz. Cheddar cheese

Combine ground beef, cracker crumbs, salt, pepper, minced onion, and make into meatballs, brown in Frying Pan. Combine Mozzarella and Cheddar cheeses. In crock pot layer 1/3 sauce, 1/2 meatballs, 1/2 cheese mixture, 1/3 sauce, 1/2 meatballs, 1/2 cheese mixture, 1/3 sauce, the Swiss cheese on top. Simmer in crock pot on low 2 hours if warm, 4 hours if cold.

Mama's Crockpot Meatballs

These terrific meatballs are delicious. Serve them over noodles or rice!

1-1/2 lb ground beef
1 can evaporated milk
1 cup quick cooking oatmeal
1 cup onion, finely chopped
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon chili powder

Sauce:

1 cup ketchup
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon liquid smoke

Mix ground beef, evaporated milk, oatmeal, onion and egg together. Mix in garlic powder, salt, pepper and chili powder. Shape into walnut sized meatballs. Place meatballs in bottom of slow cooker.

Mix together sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
