Bad taste in water after getting new faucet?
I baught a new kitchen faucet and the water tastes horrible! I thought it would just go away, but it has been more than two months and it is still bad, it has All Metal parts, I heard of problems with taste from plastic parts. We even put it in our brita filter thing and it doesnt help at all. Why is it like this? Will it go away?
Its not the water genious, all the other water in the house is fine, it started just when we put the faucet in.
lol, silly answers. Try taking the screen on the faucet apart. There may be some buildup of sediments, iron, and all that fun stuff that's touching all the water that comes out of the faucet.
